ZYFRA — provider of artificial intelligence and industrial Internet of things solutions. The figure is developing industry digitalization technologies, investing in products, and developing an industrial Internet of things and artificial intelligence environment. The key industries for the company are engineering, metallurgy, mining, the oil and gas sector and the chemical industry.

Challenge

To develop an effective presentation tool for demonstrating the updated Dispatch industrial equipment monitoring system, new MES and PLM systems for mechanical engineering and metalworking, developments in the field of industrial artificial intelligence, and a digital mining enterprise. To provide the possibility of using this product at major exhibitions, in sales departments, on the company’s website

Solution

Based on predictive analytics and data analysis, monitoring of industrial equipment, a multi-platform solution was developed in the form of an application for a touch panel, a web module for a site and an application with augmented reality for iPad. Using the system, the user can observe in real time the key scenarios of the system’s functioning and evaluate in real time the reduction in raw material consumption, optimization of production parameters, virtual sensors, quality / event prediction, supply chain management system

Impact

Project was first presented at the INNOPROM-2019 international exhibition, in which an interactive stand using a touch panel and tablets demonstrated the main advantages of solutions for open cast mining, manufacturers of mining equipment, underground mining, industrial rail transport management, and enrichment factories and metallurgy, mining robots and industrial enterprises, industrial safety management.
