Schneider Electric is an international power engineering company, manufacturer of equipment for energy sub-complexes of industrial enterprises, civil and residential construction projects. The company provides efficient and technologically advanced digital solutions for access to electricity and automation.
It were developed 3 interactive 3D tours of the main Schneider Electric locations:
1. Retrofit. Workshop for assembly, modernization, storage and packaging of equipment. As part of the tour, the user is gradually introduced to the site and its advantages. Each zone contains interactive tags with videos in which Schneider Electric talks about the features of the zone. In total, we prepared 11 videos for the tour.
2. Repair area. In this tour, the user will learn how to troubleshoot hardware problems. There are also interactive video tags. In 9 videos, employees talk about the zones and processes that are regulated in a particular area.
3. Virtual demo center. A unique platform where you can get acquainted with Schneider Electric technologies and solutions. Here are models of uninterruptible equipment cabinets. An interactive label with a menu is attached to each model, in which the user can watch a video about the model, get additional materials, or go to the company’s general equipment catalog.
For each of the 3D tours, we provided photo and video filming: we shot photo panoramas and recorded interviews with the plant’s technological experts. In addition to interactive 3D tours, we created a 5-minute panoramic video tour of the ElectroMonoblock plant. This is a 3D video tour in which the announcer talks about the features of the plant and the equipment that is being created here.
In addition, we have created a digital catalog with 3D models. A separate site presents 3D models of Schneider Electric equipment. The user can go to the tab with a specific model, view all the details, and also get detailed information.
Technical support for our solutions
Schneider Electric included 3D tours at their Innovation Summit Moscow 2021 exhibition to showcase to partners using VR headsets. As part of this, we have created an additional VR shell in which you can watch all the tours.
This application is available for iOS and Android, as well as in web format. Especially for it, we have developed virtual interfaces that help the user navigate 3D tours in augmented reality mode (AR Portals).
We helped Schneider Electric to immersively show real spaces to customers and partners, providing maximum immersion through virtual and augmented reality technologies.
