Billa is a supermarket chain in Europe and Russia, owned by the German company REWE Group. REWE Group — the 4th largest trading company in Europe, has more than 13 thousand trading platforms.

Create an interactive AR\VR loyalty program for the family-oriented  audience

Product

The amount of online content available to the user depended on the amount of collected cards, buying goods and receing  a set of stickers with an AR\VR code. «Billa Bricks» mobile application contains the elements of augmented reality that allow the user to scan the down side of the card and get access to Augmented Reality Supermarket. Mobile app reveals a range of games, such as building a Virtual Reality store with branded bricks, that you could see through Cardboard or another VR glasses.

Impact

The application was used by more than 20,000 users and attracted new customers. The involvement of the current shoppers has increased, which affected the sales growth of 3.2%
